Standard Bank chair now int'l director of 'Lions Clubs Int'l'

Chairman of Standard Bank Limited and former president of FBCCI Lion Qazi Akramuddin Ahmed has been elected "International Director" for 2018-2020 period of "Lions Clubs International" in its 101st International Convention held in Las Vegas, USA recently.

The Lion leaders attended the Convention from more than 200 countries of the world elected Mr. Akram who bagged the 2nd highest votes, said a statement.

Lion Qazi Akramuddin Ahmed is a Member of the Advisory Council of Bangladesh Awami League and Chairman, Sub-Committee of Industry & Commerce of the same and former chairman of Bangladesh Association of Banks.
