Standard Islami Bank launches Bangla QR Service in its DigiBanking app

To promote cashless transactions, Standard Islami Bank PLC has launched the Bangla QR service of Bangladesh Bank in its mobile banking app 'DigiBanking'. Riad Mahmud Chowdhury, Managing Director of the bank, inaugurated the service as the chief guest at a ceremony held at the bank's head office recently. Md. Siddiqur Rahman, Additional Managing Director, along with senior executives and officials of the bank also attended the event. From now on, customers of the bank will be able to make payments by scanning Bangla QR codes through the app.
