Standard Islami Bank organises Executive Development Programme

Shariah-based Standard Islami Bank PLC recently organised an Executive Development Program titled 'Leadership Style & Management Principles of Best Organizations' with the participation of senior executives, heads of all divisions and selected branches. As keynote speaker Md. Siddiqur Rahman, acting Managing Director of the bank, conducted the event held at Standard Islami Bank Learning Center. The main objective of the initiative was to enhance leadership capabilities and foster a culture of excellence within the organisation.
