Aamra Networks Limited (ANL) Chairman Syed Faruque Ahmed presiding over the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company at Delta Life Conference Hall, Gulshan in the city on Monday. The AGM re-elected Syed Faruque Ahmed and Fahmida Ahmed as chairman and director of the company respectively. The ANL declared 10 per cent cash dividend for the year 2018.
