Syngenta Asia head Paul visits Bangladesh

Paul Luxton, head of Asia at Syngenta, arrived in Bangladesh on Monday, says a statement.

With a distinguished 30-year career, Paul has held key leadership roles at Syngenta, where he has driven growth by aligning Syngenta global R&D strategies with local agricultural needs, leading to significant innovations and progress in the agricultural sector.

During his visit, Paul will travel to the northern district of the country to meet smallholder farmers that Syngenta has been enabling with its technological advancement to improve their livelihoods.

He will also visit Centrigo, a new farming ecosystem initiative that offers end-to-end solution to growers, and 'Farmer School' -- an integrated learning and awareness hub to empower farming community.
