Takaful Islami Insurance Ltd Chairman Anwer Hossain Khan, MP, presiding over the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company through a video conference in the city on Saturday Takaful Islami Insurance Limited approved a 10 per cent cash dividend for its shareholders for the year ended on December 31, 2019, said a press release.
The approval was given in the 20th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company in the city on Saturday through a virtual conference.

Takaful Islami Insurance Ltd Vice Chairman Emdadul Hoque Chowdhury (Emdad), Executive Committee Chairman Anwar Hossain Chowdhury, Claim Committee Chairman Md Abul Hashem, Nomination and Remuneration Committee Chairman Md Humayun Kabir Patwary, directors Engr Khondaker Mesbahuddin Ahmed, Tahmina Afroz, Shahanaz Parvin, Khorshed Alam Khan, AFM Motaseem Belal and Billal Hossain, Chief Executive Officer Md Azizul Islam, Company Secretary Abul Kalam Azad, Chief Financial Officer Moinul Ahsan Chowdhury and shareholders of the company attended the meeting.
The AGM also approved Director's Report, Audited Accounts, Auditor's Report for the year ended on December 31, 2019 and re-appointment of M/s ARTISAN, Chartered Accountant as Auditor and M/s Huda Hossain & Co, Chartered Accountant as Compliance Auditor for the year 2020.
