UCB Investment Limited holds a financial closure ceremony for the 'EXIM Bank 6th Subordinated Bond' at the EXIM Bank's head office recently. Md Akhtar Hossain, Managing Director (Acting), EXIM Bank PLC, and Tanzim Alamgir, Founding Managing Director & CEO, UCB Investment Limited, along with senior executives from both organisations attended the ceremony. UCB Investment Limited has successfully raised Tk 3.5 billion in capital for EXIM Bank PLC through the issuance of the 'EXIM Bank 6th Subordinated Bond'.
A financial closure ceremony for the bond issuance was held at the EXIM Bank's head office recently.
The funds raised through this bond will strengthen the bank's Tier-2 capital, enhancing its financial stability and accelerating business expansion.
This strategic move will enable the bank to broaden its customer services while further contributing to Bangladesh's overall economic growth.
