The 20th Board Meeting of the newly-formed Board of Directors of Union Bank PLC was held at the bank's Head Office in Dhaka on Thursday. Chairman of the bank Md Fariduddin Ahmed presided over the meeting. Managing Director (CC) of the bank Shafiuddin Ahmed was also present among others.
