US company offers scholarships for BD IT students

The US-based IT company People N Tech offers US$1.0 million worth of scholarships for Bangladeshi IT students.

In the next one year, the Bangladeshi students would get better training under the scholarship programme to make them fir for the job markets in the USA and Canada, the company, says a statement.

A Bangladeshi-born businessman in the USA and also Chief Executive of the People N Tech, Abu Bakar Hanif, recently announced the $1.0 million worth of scholarships at a ceremony in New York.

About 250 Bangladeshi-origin students and IT men from Bangladesh and also from the USA and Canada will get the scholarships within the next one year.
