Walton disburses cash dividend to shareholders

Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC, a listed electronics company, has successfully distributed dividends to all its shareholders for financial year 2023-24, says a statement.

According to Walton authorities, the company distributed dividends through Bangladesh Electronic Fund Transfer Network (BEFTN) and Bank Transfer.

At its 40th Board of Directors meeting held on September 4, Walton Hi-Tech recommended the highest-ever 350 per cent cash dividend for the general shareholders and 200 per cent cash dividend for sponsors/directors for the financial year ended on June 30, 2024.

Recently, the company has deposited the amount of dividends to the shareholders' bank account mentioned in their BO account.

For those who did not have valid or updated bank account information, the company has sent MICR warrant (cheque) by post to the shareholders' address.
