BP Organic Product Co to produce oil from castor fruits

NILPHAMARI, June 23: Proposed BP Organic Product Co. Ltd. of Dimla upazila of the district invented a technological device to produce lubricating oil from castor fruits.

Owner of the company Ashraf Ali said that millions of castor trees could be planted on the non-arable land across the country to produce bio-lubricant oil.

It would meet the demand of the country and could save billions of Taka spent in oil import.

The company also device technology to produce organic fertiliser by mixing components like water hyacinth, garbage materials, residues of kitchen wastes, leaves, straws ash, dust of dry fish, oil cake bone powder and so on.

Organic fertiliser is a substitute of all kinds of chemical ones.
