Attacker cuts off woman's leg

An attacker severed a woman's leg in an attack in Bagerhat's Sharankhola Upazila, reports bdnews24.com.

The victim was identified as Hosne Ara Begum Manju, wife of Nurul Islam Fakir from Kalibari village in Dhansagar Union.

An initial investigation suggests the incident took place over the dispute with her son who lives in Dhaka, police say.
