Bankers Puja Parishad forms new committee

The biennial general meeting of Bankers Puja Parishad, Bangladesh was held at the Probhu Jagodbandhu Mohaprokash Moth on Hatkhola road in the city on Monday last, says a press release.

Sree Prokriti Ranjan Bhattacharya, president of the parisahd, presided over the meeting.

The meeting started with recitation of verses from the Geeta by Sree Abhijit Basu.

Sree Ranojit Kumar Mondal gave the introductory speech on the occasion.

Sree Debashish Bhattacharya, Sree Foni Bhuson Biswas and Sree Biswas Horshit Kumar spoke at the meeting.

At the meeting, Sree Foni Bhuson Biswas was elected president for the two-year term from 2019 to 2020.

Besides, Tapan Kumar Das and Khokon Kanti Das were elected uncontested general secretary and treasurer of the parishad respectively.
