Light to moderate rain/thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty/squally wind is likely to occur at most places over Chattogram and Barishal divisions and at many places over Khulna, Dhaka and Sylhet divisions, reports UNB

It may occur at a few places over Rajshahi, Rangpur and Mymensingh divisions with heavy to very heavy falls in the next 24 hours until 6:00 pm today (Sunday).

Mild heat wave is sweeping over the regions of Jashore, Kushtia, Rajshahi, Dinajpur, Tangail, Mymensingh and Sylhet and it may abate.

Day and night temperature may fall by 1-3 degrees Celsius over the country, the Met Office said.

The country's highest temperature 37.4 degrees Celsius was recorded on Saturday in Jashore and the lowest 24.5 degrees in Sreemangal.

The sun sets in the city today (Sunday) at 6:46 pm and rises tomorrow (Monday) at 5:10 am.
