Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at a few places over Rangpur, Barishal, Chattogram, Sylhet and Mymensingh divisions and at one or two places over Rajshahi, Khulna and Dhaka divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls at places over the country in next 24 hours until 6:00 pm today (Thursday).

The country's highest temperature of 36.2 degrees Celsius was recorded on Wednesday in Rajshahi and the lowest of 24.8 degrees at Rangamati.
