Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely at a few places over Rangpur, Mymensingh, Chattogram, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Dhaka, Khulna and Barishal divisions with moderately heavy falls in the next 24 hours until 06:00 pm today (Sunday), reports UNB.

Mild heat wave is sweeping over the regions of Rajshahi, Pabna, Rangpur, Jashore and Satkhira.

Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, said the Met Office.

The country's highest temperature 37.0 degrees Celsius was recorded on Saturday in Rajshahi and the lowest 25.5 degrees in Teknaf.
