JP will continue to play role in politics, says GM Quader

Jatiya Party chairman GM Quader said on Saturday Jatiya Party will continue to play important role in the country's politics, reports BSS.

"Jatiya Party is a potential political party in the country and it will continue to play important role in the country's politics," said GM Quader while speaking at a meeting of the party's organisational team of Dhaka division at Banani office in the capital, said a press release.

He urged the party leaders and activists to work together to strengthen the party and said the party will continue to work for the welfare of the people as well as the country.

"We must remain united for the welfare of the people," he added.

Team convener Syed Abu Hossain Babla presided over the meeting while its secretary general and opposition chief whip Mashiur Rahman Ranga, member-secretary Alamgir Shikder Loton, Syed Abdul Mannan, advocate Salma Islam, Haji Saifuddin Ahmed Milon, Abdus Sattar Mia, among others, were present at the meeting.

Earlier, Mahbubul Alam Dulal, a lawyer of the Supreme Court, joined Jatiya Party presenting a bouquet to party chairman GM Quader.
