Khulna AL hails medical university after PM’s name

KHULNA, Sept 22 (BSS): Local Awami League (AL) leaders, workers and supporters brought out a jubilant procession here to thank Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina for her approval to establish a medical university after her name.

Khulna City Corpora-tion (KCC) mayor Talukder Abdul Khaleque, chairman of Khulna Zilla Parishad Sheikh Harun-ur-Rashid and front ranking Awami League leaders led the procession.

Carrying colourful banners, festoons and placards, the marchers chanted different slogans hailing the premier and paraded different thoroughfares of the city.
