Mahbubur Rahman takes over as CMP Commissioner

CHATTOGRAM, June 12: Senior police officer Mahbubur Rahman has joined the Chittagong Metropolitan Police (CMP) as its commissioner today.

He has replaced the outgoing CMP Commissioner Md Iqbal Bahar.

The new CMP commissioner was cordially received at the CMP headquarters in the city by CMP Additional Commissioner (Admin) Masud Ul Hasan, Additional Commissioner (Traffic) Kusum Dewan and Additional Commissioner (Crime and raid) Amena Begum and other senior police officers this afternoon.
