Minorities' grand rally in city on Sept 28

Different religious and ethnic minority groups in the country have planned to hold a grand rally in the city on September 28 to share their thoughts centring the upcoming national election, reports UNB.

Addressing a press conference at the National Press Club in the city on Sunday, Bangladesh Hindu-Bouddha-Christian Oikya Parishad General Secretary Advocate Rana Das Gupta announced holding of the grand rally on Friday at Suhrawardy Udyan.

Alongside the minorities' federating body, 21 other organisations working for the causes of religious and ethnic minorities in the country will co-organise the rally.
