Nasim urges BNP to get prepared for polls instead of movement

Health and Family Welfare Minister Mohammad Nasim urged on BNP leaders to get ready for the next general election instead of waging movement, reports BSS.

"Please get prepared for the next election instead of launching movement," he said.

"BNP should join the election at any cost and I hope that they will do so," he added.

The minister made the comments while talking to journalists during his visit to the construction work of expanded portion of the National Institute of Traumatology & Orthopaedic Rehabilitation (NITOR) at Sher-e-Bangla Nagar in the city.

He said no political party can survive without taking part in election and BNP has already has become weak for not participating in the last polls, he said.

About the treatment of BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia, Nasim said, "We have arranged the best treatment for her but we have nothing to do if she does not receive it."
