6th round of BPL Football kicks off today

The 6th round of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) Football begins today (Tuesday) at two separate venues across the country, reports UNB.

Defending champions Dhaka Abahani Limited will play Arambagh Krira Sangha at 3.00pm at the Rofiq Uddin Bhuiyan Stadium in Mymensingh while Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club will face Brothers Union Club at 4.00pm at the Bangabandhu National Stadium in the city.

The following day (Wednesday), Sheikh Russel KC will meet Chattogram Abahani Limited at 3.00pm at the Sylhet District Stadium while Dhaka Mohammedan SC will encounter Saif Sporting Club at 4.00pm at the Bangabandhu National Stadium in the city.

After the 5th round matches, newcomers Bashundhara Kings and holders Dhaka Abahani Limited dominated the league table securing 12 points each.
