Bangladesh are confident of winning the Group B title-deciding match of Bangamata U-19 Women's International Gold Cup Football Tournament against Kyrgyzstan.

The match will be held today (Friday) 6pm at the Bangabandhu National Stadium in the city, reports UNB.

Three years ago, Bangladesh girls defeated Kyrgyzstan Under-16 team by 10-0 goals in the AFC U-16 Women's Qualifiers at the same venue. Ahead of today's (Friday) match, Bangladesh Head Coach Golam Rabbani Choton expressed his confidence. "We've already reached the semifinal. Now, we're eyeing group champions," he said.

Choton said they worked theoretically and practically on their weakness for the last three days. "I hope the girls now understand what they have to do," the head coach added.

Bangladesh are likely to field the same squad. He said that Kyrgyzstan are a good team but "we're focusing on the victory [not the margin]."

Kyrgyzstan also reached the semifinals eliminating the UAE by 2-1 goals on Wednesday.

Aizhan will not play against Bangladesh as she received a red card for committing a serious foul in the 42nd minute.

Probable Bangladesh squad: Rupna Chakma, Shamsunnahar, Sheuli Azim, Misrat Jahan Mousumi (C), Akhi Khatun, Maria Manda, Monika Chakma, Sanjida Akter, Sirat Jahan Shopna/Sajeda Khatun, Krishna Rani Sarker, Nargis Khatun
