Bangladesh golfer Siddikur Rahman finished on joint 60th in the Asia-Pacific Open Golf Championship Diamond Cup to win a purse of US$5197 at Musashi Country Club Sasai Course in Japan on Sunday, reports UNB.

The two-time Asian Tour winner Siddikur aggregated six-over-par 290 [72-70-74-74] to finish a 21-shot behind the title winner Yuta Ikeda.

The 32-year-old Ikeda Ikeda of Japan, who held an overnight one-shot lead on a wire-to-wire victory, clinched his career 20th title in a sensational style after shooting a final round three-under-par 68.

Justin Harding of South Africa aggregated a nine-under-par 275, registering a five-under 66 in the final round and finished in second place.

In the final round, Siddikur traded two birdies against five dismal bogies for a three-over. He slipped from joint 51st spot to share his final spot with two other golfers.
