Apex opens S Asia's biggest shoe store

Apex Footwear Limited, the country's leading shoemaker, launched on Thursday South Asia's biggest shoe store at Bashundhara City shopping mall in the capital.

The company opened the store on a 22,000-square feet space to provide premium quality footwear to its customers.

Apex Footwear Limited Chairman Syed Manzur Elahi formally inaugurated the outlet on level-7 of the shopping centre in the capital's Panthapath area.

Apex Footwear Managing Director Syed Nasim Manzur, Chief Executive Officer Rajan Pillai and Chief Operating Officer Sudarshan Reddy were also present.

At the launching ceremony, Mr Elahi said, "Although we've launched the biggest shoe store in South Asia, it's just only the start."

"We'll continuously make improvements to ourselves to give our customers the ultimate shopping experience," he added.

According to Apex officials, the new store has been designed to enhance the customer experience by assuring a memorable and state-of-the-art shopping atmosphere.

It also serves a collection of over 2,300 diverse shoes, sandals and accessories from all the brands of Apex.

Through its nine in-house and four international brands, the outlet provides footwear solutions in various categories to its varied consumer base, ensuring that there is something that's just right for each individual.
