Nahee Aluminum publishes IPO lottery result

Nahee Aluminum Composite Panel will allocate 7.50 million ordinary shares among the successful applicants as the lottery of initial public offering (IPO) was held Monday.

The lottery programmee was held at 10:30am at the Auditorium of Institute of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) in Dhaka.

The IPO result has been published on the websites of Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) and the company.

Monira Noman, chairman of the company inaugurated the lottery programmee where managing director of the company Abu Noman Howlader, representatives of DSE, CSE, Central Depository Bangladesh and issue manager were present, among others.

Using the fixed price method, the aluminum composite panel manufacturer floated 15 million ordinary shares of Tk 10 each and raised Tk 150 million from the public.
