Modhumoti Bank holds 'Business

Dev Meeting'

Modhumoti Bank Limited held a 'Business Development Meeting' for bank branches located in Dhaka and its nearby areas at its head office in the city recently. Md Shafiul Azam, Managing Director & CEO of the bank, inaugurated the programme where the management has given strategic guidelines to the branches in order to achieve the half-yearly target of the bank. Also, the KPI's of the bank were thoroughly discussed in the meeting. Kazi Ahsan Khalil, Deputy Managing Director, Md Shaheen Howlader, SEVP & Head of SME & Retail Banking Division, Shahnawaj Chowdhury, Head of Operations, divisional heads, branch managers and high officials were present at the meeting.— Statement

76 students get Bank Asia

scholarships

The Bank Asia Foundation provided higher education scholarship to 76 meritorious students from Cumilla-Noakhali region. Rumee A Hossain, chairman, Board Executive Committee of Bank Asia Ltd. and director of Bank Asia Foundation, handed over the scholarship to the students at a ceremony at Mainamati auditorium, BARD, in Cumilla on Saturday. Md Arfan Ali, president and managing director, Mohammad Ziaul Hasan Molla, deputy managing director of Bank Asia, Aminul Islam, executive director of Bank Asia Foundation, and SM Anisuzzaman, company secretary of the bank, were present at the programme. — Statement
