New MD of Sonali Bank

Md Ataur Rahman Pradhan has been appointed the managing director & CEO of Sonali Bank Ltd for three years. The Finance Ministry issued a letter on Tuesday. Prior to the new assignment, he was the managing director & CEO of Rupali Bank Ltd. He began his career in 1984 as the financial analyst of Sonali Bank UK Ltd. — Statement

Vivo reduces three phones' price

Chinese smartphone maker Vivo has reduced its three phones' price as post-Eid gift. Now, the Vivo V15 Pro is available at BDT 35,990 instead of BDT 39,990. Similarly, the company's v15 and Y17 are available at BDT 25,990 and BDT 20,990 respectively.— Statement
