Syndicated term loan closing ceremony

The syndicated term loan closing ceremony of raising USD 35 million and BDT 2,240 million for Karnaphuli Power Limited (KPL) was held at lnterContinental Dhaka recently. IDCOL was the Lead Arranger for this syndicated financing facility. Financiers to this transaction include IDCOL, The City Bank Limited, Prime Bank Limited, Bank Asia Limited, Eastern Bank Limited, and Dhaka Bank Limited. Dr. Ahmad Kaikaus, Senior Secretary, Power Division, Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources was the Chief Guest of the ceremony while Engineer Khaled Mahmood, Chairman, Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB), was the Special Guest
