Takaful Islami Ins recommends dividend

The 101st meeting of the Board of Directors of Takaful Islami Insurance Limited was held recently, said a statement.

The Board of Directors approved Financial Statement for the year 2018 and recommended 5% cash and 6% stock dividend for the year 2018 for shareholders of the Company.

The Chairman of the Company Mr. Anwer Hossain Khan, MP, presided over the meeting which was attended by Chairman of Executive Committee Anwar Hossain Chowdhury, Chairman of Claim Committee Md. Abul Hashem & members of the Board including the Chief Executive Officer Md. Azizul Islam.

Besides, Abul Kalam Azad, AMD & Company Secretary, Moinul Ahsan Chowdhury, AMD & CFO, Mohammad Selim, Sr. General Manager (Claims & R/I) and Consultant (Audit) Md. Fakhrul Islam Bhuiyan were also present.
