Uttara Bank holds 36th AGM

The Uttara Bank Limited approved 20 per cent cash dividend and 2.0 per cent stock dividend for the year 2018 and the Annual Report-2018 at its 36th annual general meeting (AGM) held at the International Convention City Bashundhara in the city on Wednesday. The meeting was presided over by Azharul Islam, chairman of the Board of Directors of the bank. Iftekharul Islam, vice chairman; and Mohammed Rabiul Hossain, MD & CEO; were also present. — Statement
