A corporate advisory and issue management agreement signing ceremony

A corporate advisory and issue management agreement signing ceremony was held recently between City Bank Capital Resources Limited ("CBCRL") and MedRx Life Science Limited ("MedRx"). Under the agreement, City Bank Capital Resources Limited will be providing corporate advisory services and act as the mandated issue manager for the IPO of MedRx Life Science Limited. Ershad Hossain, Managing Director & CEO of CBCRL and Mahmud Hasan, Managing Director of MedRx signed the agreement on behalf of their companies.
