Yunnan Congress team meets CCCI members
CHATTOGRAM, May 7: A seven-member delegation of the Yunnan Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee from Kunming visited the Chittagong Chamber of Commerce and Industry Monday. The delegation headed by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Congress Na Jie met the CCCI directors to brief them on the 5th China-South Asia Expo 2018. The Chinese and CCCI leaders had a view exchange meeting at the World Trade Centre of the trade body in the city. CCCI president Mahbubul Alam led the port city-based chamber. CCCI vice president Syed Jamal Ahmed and directors Ahid Siraj Chowdhury (Swapan) and Anjan Shekhar Das were also present. Mr Na Jie said 20 companies will participate through 24 booths in the China-South Asia Expo in Kunming.

Biman launches e-ticket service
Biman Bangladesh Airlines launched e-ticket selling service through mobile phone and mobile banking on Monday. From now on, any passenger can book or buy Biman's ticket by dialing 01777-715613 or 02-8901600 for all its 15 international and seven domestic routes in addition to the existing ticket buying facilities, said a press release. — BSS
