Novartis (Bangladesh) Limited, a leading multinational pharmaceutical company of the country, has been awarded as the 'Dream Companies to Work For' in the pharmaceutical sector in 'Bangladesh Best Employer Brand Awards-2018', reports UNB.
Employer Banding Institute-India with World HRD Congress and Stars of the Industry Groups have named the award winners recently at a city hotel, said a press release on Wednesday.
Dr. Riad Mamun Prodhani, Managing Director and country president, Paolo Agbotounou, Country Head, Sandoz Division of Novartis (Bangladesh) Limited received the award.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Riad said, "This is a great recognition of our journey to make Novartis Bangladesh a great place to work. I strongly believe the award will be inspiring us to work even better and help Novartis to be the Best Employer in Bangladesh".
