Orion Pharma Limited Chairman Mohammad Obaidul Karim presiding over the 53rd annual general meeting of the company in the city on Monday while directors and senior executives were present Orion Pharma Limited has approved a cash dividend of 15 per cent for the year ended on June 30, 2018.
The 53rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held in the city on Monday approved the dividend, presided over by company Chairman Mohammad Obaidul Karim, said a statement.
Managing Director Salman Obaidul Karim, Independent Directors Md. Rezaul Karim, Md. Shafiqur Rahman and Lt. Col. Kamal Ahmed, PSC (Retd.), Company Secretary Md. Ferdous Jaman and Chief Financial Officer Samaresh Banik also attended the meeting.
The Audited Financial Statements for the year ended on June 30, 2018 and overall performance of the company were discussed at the meeting. The shareholders unanimously approved the Audited Financial Statements in the AGM.
Meanwhile, the 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Orion Infusion Limited at the same venue on Monday approved 14 per cent cash dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2018.
Chairman of the company Mohammad Obaidul Karim presided over the meeting that also approved the audited financial statements for the financial year 2017-2018.
