Some unique features like lucrative design, reasonable prices, energy efficient and swift after sales services have resulted in Walton products' gaining huge popularity among the customers, he noted.

According to Walton authorities, a modern and sophisticated fan-manufacturing unit has been set up in Walton Micro-Tech Corporation.

Machineries of Germany, Japan and Taiwan have been installed at the plant.

Besides, an efficient workforce has been employed at the unit, Walton officials said.

Walton is manufacturing ceiling fan, table fan, rechargeable fan, wall fan and pedestal fan in accordance with the International Electro-technical Commission (IEC) standard, they said.

Rubel Ahmed, in-charge of Walton Fan RnD, said, MS sheet or cast iron and plastic has been used in producing the blades and bodies of the ceiling fan.

As a result, the air flow slowly changed the design angel of the fan's blades.

In addition, both the air delivery rate and the life time of those fans have been reduced, he said.

Motor of the low standard fans become hot very quickly and they are burnt due to the use of copper coated cable in the fan's armature, he noted.

Thus the fan delivers same air flow from its beginning to end, it added.
