NOAKHALI, Mar 17 (UNB): Police on recovered bullet-hit bodies of two young men from separate places in west Deliai area in Chatkhil upazila on Monday morning.
None of the deceased could be identified immediately.
Locals spotted bullet-hit body of a young man in a canal in the area around 7:30am.
Another bullet-hit body of a young man was noticed in a pond in the same area at the same time.
Later, police recovered the bodies and sent those to Noakhali Medical College Hospital for autopsy.
Ibrahim Khalil, officer-in-charge of Chatkhil Police Station, confirmed the incident and also said the reason behind the killing could not be known immediately.
