235 FWP projects progressing in Narsingdi

NARSINGDI, Feb 8 (BSS): A total of 235 projects under the food for works programme involving 2,342 tonnes of rice is going on in full swing in the district.

Official sources said, of the total projects, 91 are being implemented involving 842 tonnes of rice in six upazilas of the district, while 144 projects involving 1,500 tonnes of rice in five constituencies.

The upazila wise projects are: 18 projects in Sadar upazila, 28 projects in Raipura upazila, 13 project in Shibpur upazila, 15 projects in Monohardi upazila, 12 projects in Belabo upazila and five projects in Polash upazila.
