Auto-rickshaw driver killed in N\\\'ganj

NARAYANGANJ, Jan 22 (UNB): A CNG-run auto-rickshaw driver was slaughtered by miscreants in Bhuigar Madani Nagar area of Fatullah upazila on Wednesday night.

The deceased was identified as Delwar Hossain,28, son of Ali Akbar, a resident of Delpara area of the upazila.

Locals spotted his slaughtered body in the area around 10.00pm and informed police.

Police recovered the body and sent it to Narayanganj 100-bed General Hospital for an autopsy.

Miscreant killed him to take away his auto-rickshaw, added the SI.
