BRAHMANBARIA, Aug 9: Bangladesh Gas Fields Company Limited (BGFCL) officials and the district administration observed the National Fuel Safety Day-2014 in a befitting manner in the district town today (Saturday).
BGFCL officials brought out a rally and paraded the streets in the morning drawing attention of a huge crowd gathered on the waysides. The slogan of National Fuel Safety Day-2014 is "Fuel Safety is our Commitment".
The rally started to parade from Tanker Par (Loknath Tank) and ended at Zila Parishad office premises carrying colourful festoons, placards and banners.
The rally was headed by the Additional Deputy Commissioner (General), Brahmanbaria Md Azad Sallal, BGFCL Managing Director (MD) Md Nurul Absar and Additional Police Super Md Zahidul Islam.
