Boy drowns in Nasirnagar pond

BRAHMANBARIA, May 08 (BSS): A minor boy drowned in a pond at Valakut village under Nasirnagar upazila of the district on Tuesday.

The boy was identified as Piash, 6, son of Dilip Biswas, a resident of Birampur area under Brahmanbaria Sadar .

The locals recovered the body from the pond and brought him to Nasirnagar Upazila Heath Complex where the duty doctor declared Piash dead.
