RANGPUR, Mar 31 (BSS): Speakers at a day-long training workshop here have stressed on enhancing skill and expertise of the youth entrepreneurs to make them self-reliant through spreading trade, business and small-scale enterprise.
They put special emphasis on increasing information and communication technology (ICT)-based knowledge and skill of the youth entrepreneurs to make them successful businesspersons in speeding up the pace of national uplift.
The Upazila Department of Youth Development organised the entrepreneurship development training workshop for the local youth entrepreneurs at the hall room of Kawnia upazila parishad in Kawnia upazila town in the district on Monday.
With Kawnia Upazila Nirbahi Officer Syed Farhad Hossain in the chair, Deputy Director of the district Department of Youth Development Azizur Rahman Talukder attended and addressed the training workshop as the chief guest.
Kawnia upazila Vice-chairmen Abdur Razzaque and Shefali Khatun attended and addressed the training workshop as special guests.
