C’nawabganj road crash kills one

CHAPAINAWABGANJ, Mar 03 (UNB): An elderly man was killed in a road accident in Borodadpur village under Gomostapur upazila on Sunday.
The deceased was identified as Moslem Uddin, 70, a resident of Mohadanga village in Porsha upazila.
Sub-inspector Bazlur Rahman of Gomostapur Police Station said that the accident took place around 08 am when a picnic bus hit a human hauler on which Moslem was travelling, leaving him dead on the spot.
Police recovered the body from the spot, he added.
