College student chopped to death in Bogra

BOGRA, Aug 26 (UNB): A college student was chopped to death by unknown miscreants in Harigari area of the district town on Monday night.
The deceased was identified as Abul Kashem, student of a private paramedical institute and son of Thandu Talukder, a resident of Nandapur village in Shajahanpur upazila.
Police said a gang of unknown miscreants attacked Kashem in the area and chopped him indiscriminately with sharp weapons while he was returning home, leaving him seriously injured.
He was rushed to Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital where on-duty doctors declared him dead.
