Construction of two sub-registrar offices begins in Gaibandha

GAIBANDHA, June 24 (BSS): Construction of sub registrar offices at Gobindaganj and Shaghata upazila of the district began recently.

Sources concerned said Public Works Department (PWD) is implementing the work at a cost of Tk 60 million with fund from the government.

Twenty per cent work on the project has already been completed and the rest would be finished by June next.

PDB Executive Engineer M Arifuzzaman Khandkar expressed the hope that the project will be completed in time.

He further said on completion of the two development project the working environment of the offices will be improved to a great extent.
