Couple killed in Natore

NATORE, July 12 (BSS): A couple was allegedly strangulated to death by unidentified miscreants at Parshaol village under Singra upazila of the district last night.
The deceased were freedom fighter Noni Gopal Kundu (70), and his wife Chitra Rani Kundu (60), residents of the same village.
Officer-in-Charge of Singra Thana Nasir Uddin said miscreants entered Noni Gopal's house last night and killed the couple.
Miscreants might have strangulated them in their house, he added.
