Cultural contest for children held in Magura

MAGURA, Jan 20: A cultural competition for children was held in Magura Monday.

BRAC education programme arranged the competition at Magura Shilpakala Academy Magura. Additional deputy commissioner Md Shahadat Hossein was the chief guest in the inauguration ceremony of the competition with BRAC coordinator Rokeya Begum in the chair.

The competition was held on 4 events as painting, singing, recitation and dancing.

A total of 200 children took part in the competition.
