Farmer gagged to death in Jhenidah

JHENIDAH, Mar 24: Miscreants gagged a man to deah at Badonpur village under Jhenidah Sadar upazila any time on Sunday night.
The deceased was identified as Channu Mondol, 40, son of Azhar Mondol of the village.
SI Gokul Chandra Adhikari of Jhenidah Sadar Police Station said, they recovered the hanging body of Channu from a tree near the canal of Badonpur field on Monday morning. The body's hands and legs were tied with rope.
