FBCCI holds training for unemployed women in Nilphamari

NILPHAMARI, Apr 30: A total of 40 unemployed women are participating in a training course on two different trades in Nilphamari Chamber of Commerce & Industry (NCCI) complex.
In the short basic beautification course 20 women are learning and in the sewing training course another 20 women are being provided training.
All the four trainers such as Shahnaj Pervin Shanta, Umme Salma Arzu, Anzuman Ara Sheikh Misti and Dipika Das are providing training to the participating women. All four trainers are sent by FBCCI from Dhaka.
Sponsored by NCCI the training programme is organised by FBCCI and funded by the Ministry of Child and Family Welfare. The training that started on April 29, is to be continued for 8 days.
While contacted NCCI president Eng. S. M. Shofiqul Alam (Dablu) said, FBCCI has sponsored the training programme so that the trainees would be self-employed or they would be employed by any organisation or anywhere whatsoever.
He also mentioned that more such training programme would also be held.
