Four killed in separate incidents in Narayanganj

NARAYANGANJ, Mar 23: Fatulla model thana police on Saturday recovered a deadbody from a ditch at Nagbari 16 hours after he went missing.

The deceased was identified as Siplu Bepari, 28, son of Awal Bepari and a resident of Nagbari area of Fatulla thana.

The victim's father said that his son was missing since 5 pm Friday. Sub-inspector Ruhul Amin of Fatulla thana said that the criminals killed Siplu by stabbing and then they dumped the body in a ditch.

In another incident, Friday night a youngman named Rokibul Islam Roki, 28, son of Anwar Hossain and a resident of Nur Mosjid area under Fatulla police station was stabbed to death.

The victim's father Anwar Hossain said that his son was killed by drug peddlers as he protested it.

On the same day, Fatulla police recovered a deadbody which bore mark of injuries from Hosaini area three days after he went missing.

Police later confirmed the identity of deceased as Shoyeb Hossain, 22, son of Monir Hossain and a resident of Farazi Kanda of Fatulla thana.

The victim's maternal uncle Neyamatulla said that the criminals called him out on Wednesday night over cell phone and later killed him.

In another incident, Sonargaon thana police on Friday night recovered an unknown youngman's body aged around 30, from an abandoned house at Kanchpur. Police suspect that the youth was killed and his body was dumped in an isolate zone.
